Docra was established in 2017 by Tolga Tanis to provide advisory services to companies exploring investment opportunities in frontier markets, including rapidly growing countries with less-developed capital markets.
The main goal of Docra is to create conservative business plans in alternative investment asset classes.
As a special advisor, Mr. Tanis worked on investment projects in the agricultural, food processing, clean energy, and manufacturing sectors and conducted market research and cabinet-level meetings in Central Asia, the Balkans, and the US.
